signed an agreement to acquire Univisual Technologies Nordic AB. This strategic
acquisition brings Univisual’s acclaimed Warpalizer technology and its expert
engineering team under the 3D perception umbrella.

As part of this transition, Warpalizer Norway will continue as a distributor for the Warpalizer product, ensuring continuity and support for existing Warpalizer customers.
