Knut Krogstad founded 3D perception in 1997, pioneering the world's first digital projector for curved-screen, multi-channel simulator displays. Under his visionary leadership, 3DP has grown significantly, continuously innovating in visual display technology. Knut's prior roles as R&D Manager at Kongsberg Maritime and Norcontrol Surveillance Systems AS shaped his approach to adaptive, customer-centric solutions. He attributes 3DP's success to ongoing product refinement and a modular technology strategy that rapidly adapts to evolving customer needs.

Cato Mortensen has been with 3D perception since 2007 and spearheads the company's global sales initiatives as CSO. He is responsible for setting and executing 3DP’s organic growth strategy, including managing direct and indirect sales forces and initiatives. Cato's diverse background includes service in the Norwegian Air Force, where he studied ARFF & Airport management, and experience in airport management at Avinor AS. His military experience also includes serving as a technical officer in the Army. Cato leverages this unique blend of military precision and commercial acumen to drive 3DP's growth strategy and expand its market presence.

Venche Einan joined 3D perception in 2022, bringing over two decades of CFO experience in project-driven industries. Venche holds a Master's in Business and Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the Scandinavian Academy of Aeronautics in Sweden.
