Founder and Chief Executive Officer
3D perception began when Mr. Krogstad led the development of the world’s first digital projector capable of warping and blending for curved-screen, multi-channel, simulator displays. Mr. Krogstad has over 20 years’ experience in the development of turn key visual display systems. Prior to founding 3D perception, Mr. Krogstad was an R&D Manager at Kongsberg Maritime. He also served as R&D Manager at Norcontrol Surveillance Systems A.S (now Kongsberg Maritime AS). Mr. Krogstad attributes the company’s success in part to the continuous improvement of 3D perception’s products, and the ability to dynamically adapt to our customer’s needs and tailor our offerings per program.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Fagerhaug joined 3D perception in 2013. Presently, as Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the business. Prior to 3D perception, he served as a Product Manager at the Microsoft Development Center Norway (MDCN). Mr. Fagerhaug also served as Sergeant in the Norwegian Defence Force and has established himself as a leader in the training and simulation industry. A graduate of the Oslo College of Engineering, BI Norwegian School of Management, and Oslo and Akershus University College (HiOA) he has also received his Master’s of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Colorado at Boulder.
Chief Sales Officer
Mr. Mortensen has served 3D perception for more than 5 years since 2007. As Chief Sales Officer, he is responsible for setting 3D perception’s organic growth strategy, including its direct and indirect sales forces and initiatives. With more than 12 years of related sales, marketing, and strategic development experience. Mr. Mortensen is a graduate of the Norwegian Air Force studying ARFF & Airport management. His military experience includes Army technical branch where he served as technical officer. Mr. Mortensen also worked 8 years in Avinor working with Airport management.
Director, Product Management
Mr. del Pozo joined 3D perception in 2005. As Director Of Product Management he is responsible for 3D perception’s product planning and execution all through the lifecycle of the business. inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other directors from the engineering, marketing, sales, and operations departments in order to ensure that the financial and consumer satisfaction goals are met. Prior to joining 3D perception, Mr. del Pozo was Technical Sales Manager at Force CATV.
Sr. Vice President & Director of Sales
Mr. McCard joined 3D perception in June of 2009. As Senior Vice President & Director of Sales he is responsible for overall management and supervision of the US office, as well as management of American customer accounts. He has accumulated 15 years of expertise in the simulation industry. Prior to joining 3D perception, he served as Product/Marketing Manager at ETC Simulation. Mr. McCard holds a degree from the University of Central Florida’s School of Business.
Mr. Roslonowski joined 3D perception in 2017. As Project Manager he works to deliver projects within required time, quality, and performance targets. Prior to joining 3D perception he filled various project management roles at Aker Solutions and Jotne. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Material Science from Warsaw University of Technology and has earned Project Management Professional Certification.
Ms. Toftner joined 3D perception in 2005. As Logistics Manager, she organizes the storage and distribution of products ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. Prior to joining the 3D perception team, Ms. Toftner worked seven years in Sales Backoffice for Nera Satcom AS. She has developed expertise in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of product.
Ms. Engebretsen joined 3D perception in February 2014. With over eight years of financial management experience she is responsible for overseeing financial functions including financial reporting, budgeting, operational analysis, treasury and capital structuring. Ms. Engebretsen has a Master of Business and Economics degree from BI Norwegian Business School with major in Business Logistics.
Mr. Wittnebert joined 3D perception with over 14 years of experience in simulation and training. As a Project Manager he works to please every customer and deliver for the end-user. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran and takes pride in continuing to serve the armed forces. He holds a BS in Computer information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology and a AS in Computer Engineering Technology from Daytona State College.
