Now Integrated Within the Northstar™ Ecosystem and Powering Immersive Simulator Dome Displays
Orlando, FL USA 1 Dec 2025 – 3D perception (3DP), a global expert in simulation visual display systems, announces the official launch of WarpCore™, a next-generation software technology that provides real-time warp and blend image processing directly on the Image Generator (IG). Designed in line with the Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA), WarpCore operates at the GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) level, eliminating the need for external hardware or source code access. This enables seamless, immersive visual performance with zero latency and minimal system impact.
Following its introduction last year, WarpCore has now been fully integrated within 3DP’s Northstar™ Simulation Display Technology ecosystem and will be demonstrated at I/ITSEC 2025 in Orlando, Florida at 3DP’s booth #1201.
Developed to meet the performance and reliability demands of defense and professional simulation, WarpCore supports open, modular integration across diverse simulation architectures. It installs directly on IG computers without requiring modifications to IG software, ensuring fast and flexible deployment with minimal integration effort. WarpCore’s design supports technology upgrades and legacy systems alike, enabling cost-efficient adaptability within existing architectures.
