About Aurora™ Screens

3D perception’s Aurora auto-aligning instrumented screens feature embedded sensors which detect the alignment and quality of projector images. The data captured is used by the nControl software to apply geometry correction, edge blending, and lens distortion correction on each channel in the multi-image projection theatre to result in a perfectly and seamlessly aligned, warped, and blended image. This exclusive sensor-at-the-surface technology sets 3D perception apart, enabling the world’s fastest multi-projection automatic alignment and calibration system without the need for cameras.
